Not quite sure how you’ll make it through the rest of the day?
Try this simple seated yoga exercise to keep you energised for whatever the remainder of your day holds.

Step 1

Sit up straight on your chair, feet flat on the ground. Close your eyes and breathe deeply in and out for 10 breaths.

Step 2

Slowly roll your shoulders backwards for 30 seconds.

Step 3

Place your hand on your right arm rest and twist your body to the right; then do the same on your left. Repeat 10 times.

Step 4

Breathe in slowly and lift your arms above your head. As you exhale, bend forwards, and place your hands on the floor between your legs.

Repeat steps 2 to 4.

Take time to uplift your energy today so you’re ready to take on the week.
