Try this to uplift your spirits

With so much to get through in the day, you might need a little energy lift to accomplish everything. 
It’s time for chairobics.

Step 1

Put your favourite singalong song on and stand up next to your chair.

Step 2

March on the spot for 30 seconds, in time with the music.

Step 3

Sit down, stand up and repeat for one minute.

Step 4

Sit down and punch the air in front of you, in time with the music, for one minute.

Repeat steps 2 to 4.

Hopefully you feel energised, uplifted, and ready for the rest of the day!
