Stretch away the strain

Your busy job can put a strain on your body.
Try this quick exercise to loosen up those tight and tired muscles.
Step 1
Stand up and hold your hands together behind your back. Stretch your arms back and hold as long as you can.
Step 2
Clasp your fingers together. Take a deep breath and stretch your arms high, exhaling as you bring them down.
Step 3
Stand with your arms by your side. Hold the left arm up and stretch your torso to the right. Swap arms and do the same movement.
Repeat all steps for five minutes.
Remember, taking just five minutes for yourself can uplift your mood in an instant.
