We hold a lot of tension in our face.
Take a few minutes to relax and de-stress with these super-serious face exercises.
Step 1
To warm up, puff out your cheeks and blow ‘raspberries’ from your lips. (Yep, you read it right)
Step 2
Place your right and left index fingers under your eyes, facing inwards. Stretch your mouth from a big grin to a pursed ‘o’ shape. Repeat a few times.
Step 3
Slowly tilt your head back so you feel the stretch in your neck. Go from a big smile to a classic duck face pose.
Repeat 10 times.
